How long do these last? Obviously in a container, but how long? I would like to make snacks for my kids

Incredibly easy. I added Parmesan cheese sprinkle at the last five minutes of baking. Delicious

My kids are in college and these are their favorite! Their friends favorite as well! I have been using Everything Bagel seasoning on them lately and they are next level! I brush the bottom of the cookie sheet with olive oil and dust with Maldon sea salt. Then arrange the pita wedges and brush with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. A final sprinkle of Everything Bagel seasoning and one last dusting of Maldon. Perfect! I cut mine a little smaller and don’t usually do the full 12 minutes.

Try adding za’atar! It’s even better!

I will never buy pita chips again!  I used ready-made garlic oil and garlic salt because I had no fresh garlic.  Also, sprinkled a bit of smoked paprika over.  YUM!

Fantastic! I may never buy chips again. I used the same technique with sprouted tortillas and they were wonderful. The garlic oil is really the key. Great with Roasted Fennel Hummus!

I bought a bag of pita chips at the store to eat with my homemade spinach and artichoke dip. Well needless to say, I wish I’d made the pita chips, too. Ooooooh man this was the simplest recipe ever!! The chips came out beautifully and I intentionally left some pieces of garlic on the chips to bake and they turned out AMAZING!!! I will definitely be making these from now on.

Yummy, fast and really easy. Makes a good base for other spices as well.

so much better than store bought, and extraordinarily less expensive. I minced the garlic and put it on top of some of the chips. those are astounding. so easy and fast. wont buy pita chips again.
