Great recipe.

Our new go to recipe. Fun trying different Bloody Mary mixes!

This was so good even before cooking an hour! Added shredded sharp cheddar cheese, oyster crackers and a teaspoon of sour cream. Yum!

My husband said it was the best chili ever! I made it vegetarian for my friend with portobello mushrooms and Morningstar Griller Crumbles. Friends brought homemade bread. A delightful dinner!

This is the best chili recipe and my husband asks me to make it quite often!

So yummy! Followed recipe with just a few exceptions…used 2 lbs. ground beef, added a can of fire-roasted tomatoes, & used cannellini beans because that’s what I had on hand….Delisioso!!! Thank you, Ree!

I put lime zest and juice right before serving! It makes it amazing!

This was amazing! Just a few things I changed due to reading the reviews. I did a full 32 ounces of spicy Bloody Mary mix and 1.5lbs of meat!! I will 100% make this again!

We really liked this, but not what I expected.  Maybe it was the Bloody Mary mix I used, which was spicier than I realized, (uh, wow!).  I used stew beef instead of ground beef, added a can of fire-roasted tomatoes, and some beef broth.  I cooked it longer so the meat would get tender and then added brown sugar towards the end.  My husband said it was excellent, (but I’m only giving 4 stars because apparently I don’t like Bloody Mary’s as much as I remember… LOL!) Fun recipe though – definitely try it if you’re thinking about it!

I love Bloody Mary mix and LOVE chili. I love spicy. I’ve taken 1st place in a chili contest w/one of my recipes and 2nd place with another recipe. I was excited to try this recipe as a possible new variation. I did make two changes. I added a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes & did NOT add the vodka. I just couldn’t imagine it with the Bloody Mary mix alone. Well even with the crushed tomatoes it was just okay at best. Bloody Mary mix and chili just do NOT mix. Ewww! Wasn’t good at all. It would have been a disaster without the can of crushed tomatoes. My wife thought it was “okay.” We each had a bowl and the rest is going in the trash.
