Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.
- Combine sea salt, garlic powder, mustard powder, coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a shallow bowl. Dredge each chicken wing in the spice mixture and set into the air fryer basket in one layer.
- Cook in the air fryer until chicken wings are no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). If wings are smaller, reduce cooking time.

These are great! Texture was perfection. Super simple and well seasoned. I made a spicy ranch sauce to pair with them. Delicious!
It was a hit with everyone. Some wings had more seasoning so a little on the salty side but I think that was my error and not the recipe.
super tasty! incredibly easy — crispy outside and juicy inside!
Made as written and we really enjoyed these. One thing to keep in mind is that a pound of wings is not enough to feed 4 people when you take the weight of the bones into place. I got 10 party wings which the hubs could have easily ate all on his own but for the purpose of serving size goes, plan on 2 servings at best.
