Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 pinches seasoned salt, such as Lawry’s
- 8 ounces top grade Angus beef
- 1 slice sharp Cheddar
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 brioche bun, lightly toasted
- 1 slice red onion
- 2 strips cooked applewood smoked bacon
- 1 basted egg
Instructions
- Add the kosher salt, pepper and seasoned salt to the beef. Form the beef into one big patty. Fry the burger on a flat grill on medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for a medium cooked burger. Add your cheese on top to melt.
- Add the hoisin and Dijon to the bottom bun, then add your patty. To the top bun, add the onion, bacon and your egg.
