Ingredients

  1. One 12-ounce container whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
  2. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  3. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  5. 2 teaspoons dry sherry
  6. 1/4 teaspoon crab boil seasoning (recommended: Old Bay)
  7. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  8. Freshly ground pepper
  9. One 6-ounce can crabmeat
  10. 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives, plus more for garnish
  11. Red and green bell peppers, squared bottoms
  12. Purple cabbage, ruffled leaves and hollowed out
  13. Radicchio, ruffled leaves and hollowed out
  14. Green cabbage, ruffled leaves and hollowed out
  15. Mini carrots
  16. Icicle radishes
  17. Treviso leaves
  18. Cucumber spears
  19. Cherry tomatoes and green cocktail olives each on sticks
  20. Focaccia strips
  21. Bread sticks (bakery)
  22. Bagel chips, for salmon dip

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice, sherry, crab boil seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold in the crabmeat and chives. Top with additional chives.
