Pimiento Cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine 8 ounces each shredded cheddar and pepper jack, one 4-ounce jar diced pimientos (plus 2 tablespoons juice), 1/2 diced red onion, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 to 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon ground celery seeds with a rubber spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Awesome! Aded a pinch of Cajun Seasoning, 2 Tbsp Scallions, and added Fotina Cheese. Then Baked for 10-15mins, and then under the Broiler (w/ door cracked keep a eye on like your child..lol!) till browned and bubbly to your liking..yummy in your tummy. Serve w/ veggiles, bruchetta, crackers, or as a smear on sanwiches w/ meat or simply heirloom tomatoes& bacon. Search me out for more recipes 🙂

This looks like the easiest Pimento Cheese recipe I have seen online!  I love Sunny and her wonderful recipes!  She has it all together!  FN better never get rid of her EVER! She is one of the most intelligent, logical and talented chefs they employ!  She can replace Bobby Flay and that “not-so-talented” Giada any day!
