In fact, I found this when creating Fuzzy Navels. The recipe was merely suggested. I figured sharing it might be beneficial… Awesome party beverage. It scales well.

I didn’t have chia seeds or fresh fruit, but used Greek yogurt with fruit at the bottom. It was a delicious breakfast and I’ll definitely be making it again.
I love this recipe and make it frequently with a few substitutions including Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk, 0% Milkfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Maple Syrup and I change up the berries (fresh or frozen). Using 1/2 pint wide mouth mason jars makes portioning easy and the size is perfect as a snack or breakfast meal.
Little mushy but good flavor.
The recipe was easy to follow and fun! It turned out delicious, too. The only thing: Both Strawberries and blueberries taste AMAZING IN THIS.
I make this frequently…. I make four at a time, but leave out the blueberries. When I’m ready to eat it, I add blueberries, frozen or fresh. Very satisfying for breakfast or lunch!
I have been making this for most of my life . now 88 yrs old. Make it now often with instant coffee and splenda.
I absolutely love this recipe. I add a layer of peanut butter on the bottom of the jar or container. Yum!!
Instant favorite. I’ve made this several times and the family loves it!
First time making it! I can’t wait till it’s ready to eat. Actually this is A great meal even as a snack much healthier for you too
My boys are obsessed with these! I have made them over and over, different fruits, milks, sweeteners, I’ve even added nuts to some. So easy to prepare the night before and my boys just love them!!!
This recipe is pretty good, I doubled it up & did a few substitutions. Did splenda instead of honey & used cashew milk. It’s pretty cinnamon-y, almost too much. Probably the only complaint, the texture is really nice 🙂 It was also a perfect breakfast to make beforehand, I have a 10 hour shift today so it was awesome for something quick
Love this, I make enough for the week!!
I use coconut milk and left out the yogurt, so I adjusted the amount of liquid. I like to use whatever fruit I have and flaxseed or chia seed. I find you have to adjust the liquid depending on the amount in the fruit used. Very tasty and versatile!
Wonderful, I love how simple and delicious it is. Very customizable and fun 🙂
this was do good. it surprised me. I used a little maple syrup instead of honey.
Doubled the recipe, but only used the original amount of cinnamon and it was awesome!! First overnight oats I really enjoy!
Fun recipe to try. We didn’t have honey so we used maple syrup. Also didn’t use chia seeds. Otherwise followed as written. We prefer warm oatmeal, so we heated in the microwave, carefully, and it was very yummy. Would definitely make this again.
I kinda followed the recipe but leaving review here because it was the easiest recipe I read. Read many reviews and many put their own twist on this recipe. I will first say unless you are new to cooking all together no need for measuring here. I used about the same amount of milk (lactose free), about the same amount of yogurt but just plain and not even Greek. I had a peach I wanted to use up so diced that. I used a little more oatmeal but love it and peach was juicy. Maybe 1/4 tsp roasted cinnamon, a little less ground ginger, and I threw in some poppyseeds. I don’t usually have chia or flaxseed. Topped it off with some lite cool whip this morning and yum! I didn’t use any sweetener since peaches were so good and the cool whip was all I needed. Next time lemon blueberry can’t wait.
I make this frequently, but omit the cinnamon, half the honey and add a small amount of vanilla. It’s a great recipe for the hot summer months.
This is a breakfast favorite. I used 2 cups coconut milk to 1 c rolled oats and 1 c Greek yogurt. It’s creamier and less dense with the chia seeds absorbing the liquid to plump up.
The recipe made a large serving. It was delicious even on the second day. I kept it refrigerated until it was gone. The Greek yogurt was vanilla flavored. Everyone loved it! I found the chai seeds in the baking aisle at the store.
