Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower (about 3 pounds), trimmed and cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Kosher salt
Instructions
- For the cauliflower: Toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, ground mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt and several grinds of pepper in a large bowl until combined. Transfer to a 6-quart air fryer. Air fry at 375 degrees F, tossing halfway through, until tender, golden brown and crisp at the edges, 20 to 25 minutes (see Cook’s Note).
- For the creamy honey mustard sauce: Meanwhile, whisk the honey, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and a generous pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth and combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle the parsley over the cauliflower and serve with the creamy honey mustard sauce for dipping or drizzling.
