Ingredients

  3. 1 (14 ounce) bag frozen chopped broccoli
  4. 1 (10.5 ounce) can reduced-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
  5. ½ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  6. 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, stir frozen broccoli, condensed soup, Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until well combined.
