I needed to bake more with halva after tasting Ottolenghi’s walnut halva cake. It is quite delicious. Halva and tahini were added to this apple cake recipe that I modified to accommodate them.

Easy and fast if you have left over chicken. I used cream of mushroom and added a layer of breadcrumbs under the cheese to give it crunch. Will make again
Very good recipe for a weeknight dinner! I have made this two ways; one exactly as written and one with less cheese. To make it a bit healthier I did cut back on the cheese and only used 1 can of soup. Still very tasty.
This is really delicious! I expected to need more seasoning, but it worked great as is. Though I couldn’t find cream of broccoli soup so I used Campbell’s condensed broccoli cheese soup. That was a great choice.
