This was very good. I used an envelope of brown gravy and it worked perfectly. Perfect when hosting at home!
My husband has been wanting to make a poutine recipe for a while now! This was a really great one! Air-fried the tots while made the gravy on the stove. Couldn’t find bacon-flavored curds so used garlic (which was an accidental oops). Layered and baked as instructed; delicious!! Next time, I would add the curds the last min of baking so they too get a smidge softer when serving/eating. Thanks for posting!! Plan to make for Super Bowl!!
