This is a good base recipe. I broke the ramen noodle squares in half, but next time, I will break them all apart so they cook better and get more of the sauce distributed and cook evenly. I tasted the milk mixture before pouring on, it needed more salt/flavor so I added another ramen packet. I’m not a fan of frozen broccoli, so I just weighed out 10.8 oz of fresh florets and blanched them for 4 min and rinsed with cold water and drained. I will definitely make this again – I think the grand kids will like it. Would be easy to add additional ingredients for more flavor.

l make this and the taste is really good, but the noodles did not break apart and was still in one piece so next time I will break them apart before adding everything.

We loved this. Me, because soo easy to do and cheap. Followed almost exactly-had 12 Oz frozen broccoli. Next I’ll spice it up ♡.
Thanks for having this recipe for creative cooks to work with.

This has potential. If you want it to be like pasta, you need 3 cups of milk (we used 2 and not all the noodles cooked). More soup like? 4 cups. Use 3 packages of seasoning for more flavor and add a can of broccoli cheddar condensed soup. Load it up with broccoli, chicken and cheese. Once it seems loaded enough, add more. It’s a lot of pasta.

This could be a good base for a soup. Even if you swap the milk for broth and add veggies. Definitely a unique way of using ramen!

I made this. Followed others tips on seasoning. It was good, but mine was also super dry. My very picky son loved the simplicity and the dryness lol.

Disclosure: I did not make the original recipe exactly (due to the comments in the reviews)

I used all ingredients, cut down on 1 cup of milk, and added cream of broccoli/cheese soup. Added a sprinkle of onion and garlic powder and added another spice packet. Didn’t measure the cheese, broccoli or rotisserie chicken, but covered the entire surface with it, so we would get lots in every serving.

Everything was cooked perfectly, and it was really tasty and flavourful. Will be making again.

I’m not sure why so many thought this was dry. They must not have added the milk and cream cheese. I cut the entire recipe in half (and even needed to use 4 oz or regular cream cheese as our local market has no soft) used the milk and the softened cream cheese and blended them together to get a very moist dish. I made sure I covered the entire pan of noodles. I also could not get a rotisserie chicken so I made my own with a chicken breast. Would I say this was great, no but it was good and my husband and I both enjoyed it. I would probably make this again. Even having to fix my own chicken, this was a very easy dish to make.

Is it really good? Nope. It is just ok. It was not very flavorful. I think I could have made a spaghetti dish with chicken, cheese and broccoli that was better.

This is really, really good. My family loved it. I did not use chicken and added more broccoli. I’ll add even more broccoli next time.

This is easily the worst recipe on this app. I’d rather eat canned pickled fish.
