After watching Ree make this on tv my husband was amazed, and asked me to make it. After making a special trip to town to be sure I had the right noodles, I got it assembled according to directions. The presentation was nice, but it wasn’t that tasty. I had so much left over, that we ate it for three days! Sorry, but it was flavourless and not very tasty. Will not make this again.
The pork tenderloin and bacon jam however was delicious!! I cooked it on the BBQ, because I have a no fail method for it. Besides less mess on the stove. We really enjoyed it. Will definitely make the pork again!

Absolutely delicious ! The potato chips give the vibe of au gratin potatoes . Great creamy cheesy flavor that pairs well with the pork and bacon jam ! This also would be great for a pot luck !

Made this Wednesday night for a side with a pork roast.  No one liked it.  Followed the recipe as always.  Lacked flavor.  Didn’t melt well.  Chips added nothing but a noodle with a potato chip.  Love most recipes but this is beyond failure.  Nothing that should be up for others to try.   A flop.

I make half a recipe and it turns out great!

Watching Ree make this right now. It looks delicious but she says she first associated noodle casserole with spring when she shared her friends Passover meal. This is highly unlikely because no flour (noodles!) is eaten during Passover.
