Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar
- 2 cups crushed butter crackers, preferably Club
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add the broccoli and onion, then cook to soften, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cream, then bring to a simmer. Turn off the heat.
- Top with the cheese and crackers, then bake until the cheese is melted and the crackers are golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
