Love this quick easy salad. I sometimes add grilled chicken tenders and pineapple chunks for an all-in one meal….

I didnt have any salad dressing so I searched for “basic salad Dressing” and this recipe came up. I will never buy bottled again. This simple dressing is great especially in the summer when you want the taste of your fresh picked tomatoes to shine. Or when you just want to taste all the salad ingredients and not just the dresssing-not overpowering at all. Oh I did use canola instead of olive oil. I had to laugh though because I didnt know there was a “recipe” to make a salad.
