Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup sour cream
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1/2 head savoy cabbage, sliced
  6. 1/4 cup grated carrots
  7. 4 scallions, sliced
  8. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and olive oil in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Fold in the sliced cabbage, carrots and scallions and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.;
