Ingredients

  1. 5 cups shredded Napa cabbage
  2. 1 cup shredded carrots
  3. 2 cups matchstick cut jicama
  4. 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
  5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  6. 3 Tbs. celery seeds
  7. 1 Tbs. sugar
  8. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  9. 1/2 cup canola oil
  10. salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss well. Cover and set aside until serving.
