Ingredients

  1. 1 Grillers Prime® Veggie Burgers
  2. 1 slice Gruyere cheese or Swiss cheese
  3. 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  4. 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  5. 1 thin-sliced red onion, separated into rings
  6. 1 lettuce leaf
  7. 1 thin-sliced tomato
  8. 1 whole grain hamburger bun, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook Morningstar Farms® Grillers Prime® Veggie Burger according to package directions. Immediately top with cheese. Let stand about 1 minute or until cheese melts.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, in small nonstick skillet heat oil. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. 3. Place lettuce leaf, tomato and veggie burger on bun bottom. Top with mushroom mixture and bun top.
