I made this recipe but substituted the blue cheese for goat cheese and it was a HUGE hit! Simple and delicious.
Very good. I’ve served blue cheese with fig spread and baguette but never made bruschetta with it. It’s a delicious and gorgeous canapes.
I Love fig jam so I know this will be delicious. Can’t wait to make this!
This is absolutely delicious! I couldn’t find the fig jam locally but ordered through Amazon. Very easy and quick to make, it is a keeper for sure.
She browned the baguette slices in butter on the show, & I will, too. Can’t wait to make these – fig & blue cheese are a favorite pairing of ours.
Try it with baking again after the fig and blue cheese are added. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey and add chopped marcona almonds
