  5. 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Peppermint Extract
  6. 12 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  7. Crushed peppermint candies or candy canes (optional)

These are amazing, and very simple to make. They are very rich, so we cut them into smaller, bite-sized squares using a pastry cutter.

These Brownies are awesome, took about 45 minutes to cook everything and they turned out amazing. I would put the white cream in the microwave for at least one minute before you put it on top of the brownies.
