Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine water, steel-cut oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 8 hours.
- For a non-vegan version, add 1/2 cup honey before cooking.
