This variation on the Lunch Box drink was created in partnership with a Chicago bartender and is taken from Brad Thomas Parsons’ book Amaro (Ten Speed Press). The digestif pairs well with fresh grapefruit juice and has a faint orange peel flavor that makes it ideal for morning.
