I made it, family loved it. Definitely making Christmas morning. I added 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Strawberries and Blueberries were perfect. This one is a keeper

It never occurred to me that pancakes could be made in the oven. What a great idea, and it was fun to make something we like so much in a new way. Just a note to reviewer Jessaca: I don’t think that you should have expected the pancakes to be sweet. I have never used an original pancake recipe that was sweet. That’s what syrup, apple butter, lemon curd, etc. is for.

t was a simple recipe to make and my family liked it. Next time, to enhance the flavor, I would add a tsp. of vanilla, a tsp. of cinnamon and to brown it up some sugar. (Perhaps, a Tablespoon to start.) It will take a bit of experimenting. I also found out if you bake for 5 minutes and then add the blueberries and strawberries, it makes for prettier sheet pancakes.

Yummy!!! We made this recipe this morning using gluten free baking mix and they were delicious! We used sliced strawberries and bananas. It’d perfect for big family breakfasts. Thanks for the great recipe!

Veganized this by simply adding 1 cup almond (or other plant milk) and 1 tbsp baking powder per cup of bisquick! Easy and great meal prep for the family or a special holiday or occasion!

I made this by the recipe except for cutting it in half and putting in a 9×13 size dish. No more standing and flipping and having other family members finish breakfast before I sit down. This is easy and delicious, and I love the fruit in it!

Made as directed. I made it with strawberries and blue berries. It is not sweet at all. I definitely had to use a bunch of syrup to get any sweetness. Will make again and add in a bit of sugar. It was very easy and quick to make though.
