Very good banana bread recipe. I used Bisquick baking mix, subbing pecans for the walnuts, and it was perfectly delicious. The second time I made it, I used ½ cup more banana and added extra of Bisquick, and used 1Tablespoon vanilla. Still just as yummy!

Every time I make banana bread it comes out like a brick. This came out fabulous! Mine comes out of the oven a little darker because that’s how my family likes sweet breads. It had a crispy crust, moist and light in side. The only thing I did was toast the walnuts. Didn’t change a thing and Im not going to. Great Recipe!

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made this bread, and I finally decided I needed to post and rate it with 5 stars for being so easy and delish! Sometimes I use 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup brown sugars and I usually only use 2 eggs. I keep a bag going in the freezer of bananas that ripen before we get to eating them. When I have enough to make bread, they thaw quickly, and they are ready to go. Last, I definitely add nuts and sometimes chocolate chips.

Delish an easy for my first time making banana bread. I used wegmans gluten free all purpose baking mix instead and used 1 teaspoon of stevia instead of 1 cup of sugar an you would never know! Delish an lower cals!

Made them as muffins, turned out wonderful! Cooked in muffin pans @ 350 for 18 minutes.

I made this recipe because I had some very ripe bananas I wanted to use, and was looking for a quick, easy recipe only using things I had in the house. I made it exactly as it reads. It was tasty but I felt it came out a bit dry. I might make it again, but I would add some milk to increase the moisture.

Made with kodiak pancake mix… 1/2 chocolate flavor and half crunchy peanut butter… SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!! AMAAAAAZING!!!!!

Very quick, very easy. Yields a nice dome on the bread. Bread is moist n delicious. When I have over ripe bananas I freeze them, and simply thaw in microwave for breads and muffins as I did here.

I added chopped peanuts instead of walnuts.

This was the easiest banana bread I ever made, and I have been making banana bread for 30 years from scratch. It was moist and light. My husband ate almost a whole loaf in one day! I will never use another recipe again. Thank you so much for this.

Very easy to make and it tastes delicious! I will be making this a lot in the future — especially when company visits. I recommend placing a baking sheet underneath the loaf pan, as it does raise up quite a bit when cooking.

I tried this recipe and it is amazing! I added another 1/2 cup of banana and used 1 tsp of vanilla instead of a 1/2 tsp. Very good! This will be my go to recipe from now on.

So easy! Family loved it! This will be my “go to” banana bread recipe from now on! I cooked it 55 mins and it was perfect. I left out the nuts because the kids ddon’t like them but was still great!

Very easy (used Bisquick)… And because I was out of walnuts, I used choc.chips. OMG, My kids LOVED this! 🙂

The recipe is great. Only thing is that I don’t make it in a loaf pan since it expands so much. I make it in my cast iron skillet and cut the baking time in half. I just love this recipe, it’s almost cake-like. I do recommend the 1/2 white sugar 1/2 brown sugar. It just gives it a little extra.

These are so easy and turned out very well. Subbed Splenda for sugar (to use up some Splenda that’s been hanging out in the pantry for a while) and chocolate chips for walnuts (due to my picky eaters). My family eats breakfast on the go, so I made these as mini muffins and baked for 15 minutes. Perfect! Will definitely file this away and make again.

Made muffins and they were delicious. I am checking my ingredients again to make a loaf for Christmas. Very easy and so good !!!
