Ingredients

  1. 1 cup rolled oats, or as needed
  2. 1 medium banana
  3. 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  4. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. ½ teaspoon baking soda
  6. ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Place oats in a blender and process until they form a fine flour. You need 1 cup blended oats.
  2. Mash banana in a glass or microwave-safe dish. Mix in cinnamon and vanilla. Pour in blended oats and baking soda and mix to combine. Stir in milk until well combined.
  3. Cook in the microwave until set, about 2 minutes. Allow to cool before eating.
