Hot Ube Pandesal (Filipino Purple Yam Bread Rolls)

  4.0 – 0 reviews

I’m giving my take on the hot ube pandesal that my family used to enjoy for breakfast and even merienda (snack time), along with hot cocoa or warm milk. I added ube flavor to my favorite breakfast bread because I enjoy foods with this flavor. Despite the fact that there are a lot of pandesal recipes online, I hope you give this one a shot and let me know what you think. I’m grateful. Serve hot with or without your preferred spread. For improved flavor, reheat leftovers in a toaster oven before serving.
