I’ve been using this recipe for years and always is great. We vary by using powdered non-dairy creamer for our dairy allergy in house. Works out great!

Just OK to be honest. It has a baking powder aftertaste. Perhaps going 1/2 baking powder and 1/2 baking soda will give me a better taste. I will see.

THE Best pancake mix out there! (made as directed) Love the powdered milk in the mix. Fluffy and yummy So easy, Hubby and I love these with blueberries mixed in with lots of butter and maple syrup and bacon on the side of course!! Thanks for the recipe!

Every time I make these, my husbands declares they are the best pancakes he’s ever had.

I’m sure this would be great as written but for ease I changed the scale down to 10 servings and then rounded down to even measurements. Then To 2 cups dry mix, I added 1 cup water, 1 cup beet purée, 1 tablespoon oil, one egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.??. Turned out beautifully and the kids gobbled them up.?

FANTASTIC recipe! I will never buy store mix again! I made the dry mix, as directed. Then, I made a triple batch of batter (6 cups of dry mix). I substituted vanilla for some of the water, mixed in 1/2 C ground flax seed, and 15 oz canned pureed pumpkin (along with eggs, water, and oil). O-M-Geeee! These were unbelievably DELICIOUS!!!

I used 600 grams cassava flour instead. I added an extra egg and extra water to the pancakes and waffles. Turns out excellent! Highly recommended. My new go-to.

Wow! This recipe really is the best and is far better than anything one could ever find in a boxed pancake mix. I doubled the recipe and put it in a large airtight canister. To the doubled mix I added 4 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 teaspoon of nutmeg. When I made the pancakes, I used butter instead of oil and added one teaspoon of vanilla extract. The pancakes came out nice and fluffy and very tasty. They were sooo good! The whole family likes them, especially my grandson. Thanks for sharing.

It is good with peanut butter

I love this recipe. I have made the pancake mix several times. I also use the same recipe to make breakfast crepes by adding just a little more water to thin out the batter.

Wished I read the reviews first. The ingredients are off, way too much salt! I would suggest 1 teaspoon of salt instead.

I didn’t have powdered milk but the kids were hungry for pancakes so I went ahead without it. They ran it engraved over these pancakes! I did put in a little milk 1%, with the water .

Loved it

Doubled the sugar, tastes like Mom used to make. So easy to have on hand to make at a moment’s notice.

I have been mixing the for years. Kids love it. Sometimes I will decrease the milk powder by half and replace it with buttermilk powder.

Great mix to have on hand. Will never buy packaged mix again. I add 3 tbsp buttermilk powder when I make a batch of pancakes from this mix…yum!!
