Fast and Easy Pancakes

Without the fry, making buffalo wings is easy with an Instant Pot®. These are perfectly cooked in the Instant Pot®. When you bite into them, they are fall-off-the-bone tender but still remain together for simple handling. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, and ranch dressing if desired.

I wanted to make some pancakes and had no batter mix. With a group of 7 hungry people to feed breakfast… I read the ingredients and reviews and decided to try it out following some suggestions in another review of using 1/2 cup of sugar and I blended it using a hand mixer. A decent amount of pancakes came out and they were sooo good! I will repeat this recipe and is on my favorites list. Thank you!

Super Easy, Fast and Delicious! Blend the ingredients, pour on oiled or buttered griddle – that’s it. Clean up is a breeze. We like our pancakes on the sweet side so the sugar amount was perfect for us. I also like to sprinkle on my favorite granola right before I flip them.

My kids (2 and 4) loved this recipe. I didn’t have any vanilla, so I subbed almond extract. I also used an applesauce/baking powder mixture instead of eggs. I love this recipe because it doesn’t taste like flour like a lot of other recipes I’ve tried and the pancakes turn out fluffy and light.

This is now our family favorite for pancakes. It was a little watery for me but I just added more flour. Also, I whisked it by hand. Very easy to make and tastes super good.

Excellent fast recipe if you are short on time. I also changed the sugar to 1/2 cup, it was crazy sweet still (but we like that). I think this would have benefitted from about a 1/4 teaspoon of salt, it was missing some kind of dimension and I think that was it. I used a hand mixer to combine instead of a blender and finished mixing with a spatula. I whipped my eggs first before adding them to the rest of the wet ingredients and I had no problems with flat or dense pancakes.

i will not make it again because it took a long time to make it

As a beginner chef, I highly recommend these pancakes. I followed the recipe as written except I had to turn my heat down to mid-low as medium or mid-high was burning them. This recipe also gives a very large amount of batter. Perhaps my pancakes are just very small? I saved the leftover batter for use during the rest of the weekend. Finally, these pancakes turned out very sweet. I have a rather large sweet tooth and didn’t need to add anything to them. Just ate them plain! My 4 year old polished them off with some applesauce.

Love this recipe I added an extra 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to give it more of a vanilla flavor. It is a genius recipe using the blender and it tastes delicious.

I loved it so much!

I had to turn the heat to med low. The kiddos like the light brown appearance on the cakes. But sure loved the blender idea! I don’t know why it wasn’t fluffy…it was flat.
