Ceviche is a traditional Peruvian meal prepared with rocoto peppers. Jalapeno peppers work well as a substitute because rocoto peppers are hard to find outside of Peru. Perfect for dipping tortilla chips in. Excellent when paired with char-grilled steak, blackened poultry, or blackened fish (such as ahi tuna).

- 1 packet CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Rich Milk Chocolate High Protein Powder Drink Mix
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ½ cup frozen pitted cherries
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Add chocolate drink mix, almond milk, cherries, and ice to blender and blend until smooth.
- Cashew milk also works.
