Ingredients

  2. 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  3. 1 medium frozen banana, cut into chunks
  4. ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  5. 1 teaspoon honey
  6. 1 tablespoon almond butter, or more to taste
  7. 2 drops almond extract

Instructions

  1. Combine ice cubes, yogurt, banana, oats, honey, almond butter, and almond extract in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a serving glass.

I really liked the almond butter and almond extract in this! Make sure to use a high powered blender as there isn’t any liquid to get things going. I used vanilla yogurt and left out the honey, and I used about 4 more ice cubes. Mmmm
