Delicious! I only had a 9 x 13 pan – used the full amount of milk and it was cooked in 30 minutes. Was not overcooked or burnt at the edges. I added some dried apples and 1/2 cup pecans.
easy and very delicious
This is a great recipe! As another reviewer noted, this is a good recipe to tweak to your preferences. I increased the recipe to 6 servings, used vanilla almondmilk, and added the cranberries to the milk/spice mixture after it heated so that the cranberries would soften a bit. I also added pecans in addition to the walnuts. I will definitely be making this often.
It was okay the recipe needs additional sugar and it needs more baking time because it did not look like the picture
I used Pumpkin Pie spice (because I didn’t have ground cloves) and the flavor was terrific. Very satisfying breakfast.
I made this a few months ago for me, and, my hubby, and, we ate all of it at one sitting, so today making it again, and, I doubled the recipe! Easy, and, delicious!
The only change made was the nut selection to pecan.
I used pure maple syrup instead of brown sugar and doubled the recipe, was awesome. I am making it again this morning.
Not my favourite.
Loved this! I substituted Almond Vanilla no sugar milk. Great for breakfast warmed up with a little more milk.
Very yummy. It’s not sweet but reminds me of apple crisp. Next time I’ll top with vanilla yogurt.
This is a good recipe but it’s a lot of work when you could probably get the same results in the microwave and definitely in a shorter amount of time. I will not be making this again.
Liked the flavor, but a bit dry.
It was easy and delicious. I used almond/cashew milk instead of reg milk. I prepared it the night before so my husband could put it in the oven while I walked the dog. Loved the nuts and cranberries in oatmeal
Pretty quick and easy, but I thought it was a bit dry.
Nice flavour but a little dry
I made it exactly, my husband loved it, and, he doesn’t like cranberries, they plumped up too. I wouldn’t change a thing! Oh, I did add a little butter to the milk mixture, so I guess I added something more! 🙂 I will double it next time!
I always have these ingredients in the house, so this was quick to make. Very yummy.
We loved this as written, but I can see from other reviews how easy it would be to adjust to what I have on hand. We ate this with Greek yogurt on top. A nice warm, delicious breakfast!
Not having all the ingredients called for, I used Almond milk, crushed almonds, pumpkin spice, less brown sugar and doubled the measurements. Served with whip cream. Delicious!
Added extra chopped apple (a whole apple) and loved it! Served with Greek yogurt on top. Yum!
