Fruit smoothie blended at the bottom, with additional fruit, oats, and honey on top!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup ice cubes, or as needed
  2. 1 cup strawberries, divided
  3. 2 bananas, sliced, divided
  4. ½ cup blackberries
  5. ¼ cup apple juice
  6. ½ cup blueberries
  7. ½ cup granola
  8. 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend ice, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 banana, blackberries, and apple juice together in a blender until smooth, adding more ice depending on your desired consistency. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  2. Top smoothie with remaining strawberries, remaining banana, blueberries, and granola. Drizzle honey over the top.

It’s really good I added some Cheerios just to add a little crunch but other than that it’s really delicious.

I made 1 serving of this as I was just making for myself. I used frozen berries and decided to omit the ice cubes because of this. It’s winter here.. So didn’t want anything freezing cold to start my day. I don’t drink juices so used a couple dollops of plain Greek yogurt instead. Added some almonds to garnish as well. Will definitely make again.. This would make a make summer breakfast.
