My stepdad, Al, was a beautiful man and an excellent chef. He had a Bloody Mary recipe that was one of his specialties, and no matter how many pitchers he made for guests, they kept asking for more. The only change I made was to add some horseradish. This is a terrific brunch drink, but when guests come over for dinner, they constantly ask me to prepare “Al’s Bloodys.”

Reviews
This is great but save yourself some trouble and just buy Clamato juice. This is actually a Canadian drink called a Bloody Ceasar
I did substitute V8 for the tomato and Clamato juices, but then stuck to the recipe. I also added about a tablespoon of pickle juice and jalapeño juice. Rave reviews all around. I’m glad I found this recipe as a base to build on.
Very good…. I didn’t have clamato juice, but it was good without it , but I’m sure it would be better with it
Delicious! Hubby and my dad LOVED it.. a definite keeper~YUM!!! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
