Acai Rainbow Smoothie Bowl for 2

This dish is delicious both on its own and as part of an Asian-inspired supper.

Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ cups mixed frozen berries
  2. 1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk
  3. 1 banana
  4. 4 ounces frozen unsweetened acai pulp (such as Sambazon®)
  5. ½ cup granola
  6. ½ cup diced mango
  7. ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
  8. 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  9. 2 tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Place frozen berries, almond milk, banana, and acai pulp in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls and top with granola, mango, strawberries, and kiwi slices. Drizzle with agave syrup.
