Acai Mango Smoothie Bowl

Adapted from Rachel’s Diary is vanilla chai cheesecake.

Ingredients

  1. 1 ¼ cups almond milk
  2. 1 cup diced mango
  3. 2 bananas
  4. ½ cup rolled oats
  5. 4 ounces frozen unsweetened acai pulp (such as Sambazon®)
  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  7. 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, mango, bananas, rolled oats, and acai pulp in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls and top with chia seeds and drizzle with maple syrup.
