Excellent and easy. After the 45 minute knead cycle I simply pressed it into the 12 inch pizza pan, making sure to add the “lips” around and put pizza sauce in the center and spread it evenly, I added roasted garlic pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and chives to the pizza sauce with Parmesan cheese, then Mozzarella cheese and Fiesta cheese blend. Then black olives, beef, pepperoni and mushrooms. I baked mine a little longer and then broiled on high for maybe two minutes. Oh my, fantastic.

So if you were confused about the 7/8 cup like me all it is just 3/4 + 2 Tablespoons

Super easy to make, the ingredients are something we always have on hand. Thick crust super delicious we just added herbs and garlic powder to the Dough and worked it by hand I did not over worked the dough I just kneaded it until the flour was all incorporated into a nice smooth like ball and then I let it rise in a bowl then I lightly kneaded it to a flat disc, sauced and cheesed and ket it sit for the 10mins

This was our first home pizza and we made cheese bread and a pizza with the crust. the crust was a little bland, but still good and I was more than happy with the pizza.

It was quick, easy, and straightforward. Made this crust and my pizza was delicious! I used a pizza stone while cooking my pizza and that made for a nice crust that was not too hard and not too soft but just right. For the toppings I put cheese, pepperoni, red onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. I then baked my pizza at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

I wouldn’t say this makes 15 servings. Otherwise it’s good

I made it in my bread machine on the dough setting. I put in all the wet ingredients first then dry, leaving the yeast to last. Turned out great.

Made it according to recipe. Turned out great. Used a large rectangular stone and it was a thicker soft crust. Excellent! Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

i have shopped around for a pizza crust recipe that my husband is happy with, found it. wont use any other. did tweak it a bit for our tastes but otherwise is wonderful.

Best pizza dough! My family loves it. I do bake it blind for a few minutes before adding the toppings so the bottom crust has time to get brown and the toppings don’t get overdone.

Only made one change I put 1 cup of water not 7/8. Comes out the same…. PERFECT! I never use any other pizza recipe! For the best results use a pizza stone.

Perfect. I just printed out a copy to tape to the side of my new bread maker, LOL.

I am a big fan. I don’t have a breadmaker so I had to mix the dough myself (I will be investing in one soon, It’s a pain) but it was worth it.

This crust is excellent! Next time I will pre bake some because it took quite a while to get done. Yummy stuff 🙂

I made this last weekend with my kids. We had three different kinds of pizza, so I made three different kinds of crust. Garlic for the pepperoni, garlic and herb for the black olive and plain for the pineapple.

This was wonderful. I added some basil with the flour but otherwise followed the directions exactly. The dough was incredibly easy to work with and it made a nice thick, lightly browned crust. I’ve found my go-to pizza recipe!

We’ve tried this recipe four different times (following it to a T), changing the type of yeast or flour, and still could not get a decent dough out of it.

Good Crust. I subbed ½ c. semolina for some of the all purpose flour, which made the dough easy to handle and gives that great italian taste!

My go-to pizza crust. Beware it takes about 45 minutes on the dough setting so plan ahead!

The only thing I would do is pre cook the crust for about 4 minutes before adding the toppings. it took way too long to cook otherwise!! I thought it was delish and so did my 2 year old and 40 year old!!!!!!

Excellent crust, both in taste and in ease of working with it.
