Monkey Bread Foil Packets

These quick and simple Instant Pot salmon sandwiches feature homemade aioli and arugula on top.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (10 count) package refrigerated biscuit dough
  2. ½ cup white sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  4. 5 sheets aluminum foil
  5. cooking spray
  6. 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  7. ⅓ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Build a campfire and allow the fire to burn until it has accumulated a bed of coals. Rake the coals into a flat bed on one side of the fire.
  2. Cut biscuits in quarters.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Toss 8 biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until lightly coated.
  4. Spray a sheet of foil with cooking spray, then arrange the 8 coated biscuit pieces in a single layer on top. Securely close to form a foil packet. Repeat process with remaining dough to make 4 more packets.
  5. Place foil packets over the fire and cook until biscuits are cooked and lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the fire. To serve, open each packet and drizzle monkey bread with melted butter and syrup.
