  4. 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  5. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Used store bought everything bagel mix. Rolled out the pastry and cut in half length wise. Brushed with egg wash, sprinkled one half with bagel mix, topped with other half, rolled again to set and cut into strips. Twisted, brushed with egg again and sprinkled more mix over. Big hit at potluck!

This is not a bagel. It’s a croissant twist. Could argue it’s a ‘twist’ on a bialy since it’s not boiled. Then we’d have to argue seasoning. Ahhh, it’s not that important I was just bored. BTW Use everything bagel seasoning for best results

These Everything Bagel Twists are simple and delicious! I have made them a handful of times already and each time my family can’t believe how good they are! They are so simple to make and you can pair them with cream cheese or without. I made them the night before and baked them off the next morning for a family brunch and they still came out wonderful. Thank you Geoffrey!

Great as a starter as well or a good brunch variation to serve with lox and cream cheese! I love this one!
