Easy and Incredible Cinnamon Roll Bites

  5.0 – 2 reviews  • Cinnamon Roll Recipes

Every mouthful of these small cinnamon rolls is the best since, as we all know, the soft inside is the best part of a cinnamon roll. They have delightfully buttery edges that are crunchy. better than ordinary cinnamon rolls and even monkey bread. Keep canned biscuits on hand so you can prepare this delicious weekend treat. Serve alongside a steaming mug of coffee.

Total Time: 40 mins

Yield: 32 cinnamon roll bites

Ingredients

  1. 1 (16.3 ounce) package refrigerated sweet Hawaiian biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands!)
  2. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  3. ⅓ cup white sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  6. 2 tablespoons milk
  7. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly coat an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a 1-gallon resealable bag. Add sugar and cinnamon and seal the bag. Shake the bag until biscuits are well coated, then empty the bag onto the prepared pan. Drizzle melted butter over top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 22 minutes.
  4. While the cinnamon roll bites are baking, prepare frosting. Combine powdered sugar, milk, softened butter, and vanilla in a bowl and stir until smooth.

  7. Any canned biscuit flavor will work if the sweet Hawaiian flavor isn’t available.

Made this last week. I added a couple tablespoons of cream cheese to the glaze. Definitely addictive, definitely super delicious!!!!! You won’t be sorry you made this recipe!

I tried this recipe over the weekend; I used Pillsbury Grands butter tasting biscuits & followed the recipe as written; they were delicious! my husband loved them! Next time I make them I plan to cover with some toasted pecans & maybe double the glaze to save a little for dipping (although it really isn’t necessary but oh so decadent); great recipe, easy to make & very little prep time; I’ll make these again & again
