Woke up this morning wanting pancakes. I found this recipe and went to work. I didn’t have buttermilk so used what I had 2%. The pancakes still turned out great. Can’t wait to use buttermilk next time.

Perfect! If you don’t have buttermilk, pour 3/4 cup of milk and add 2 tbs of white vinegar and set aside for a few minutes. Taste like grandma used to make!

These are precisely what they claim to be.
Simple and homemade.

I would have given it 5 stars but I didn’t use all purpose flour. I will have to try with regular flour and then re review it.

I will never buy pancake mix again. I had yogurt and And half-and-half to replace buttermilk and I always use vanilla. Just a wonderful recipe

Loved this recipe! Used the1T of white vinegar to the whole milk and the 1/2 t vanilla. I didn’t add enough salt so next time I’ll measure but as stated above I’ll never buy pancake mix again!!

Best pancake recipe ever! This is THE one I’ve been looking for. PERFECT! I whisked it up using my stand mixer, added a little vanilla, and yum! Oh, and I used a tbsp of white vinegar to whole milk instead of buttermilk.

So basic & easy! I added 1/4 t. of vanilla. Sprinkled blueberries on the raw tops which cooked perfectly when the pancakes were flipped. I’ll never buy pancake mix again with a recipe so quick & tasty.
