My all time favorite coleslaw. Thanks again Michael Symon!

Very unusual flavor due to the cumin- but it kind of grows on you the more you eat! Probably will make again but with less cumin.

It was Amazing! I added just a touch of Honey to the dressing and I am addicted to this!! I just shared this with my local farmer’s marketing in Kent WA, Carpinito Farms and they loved it.

Wow …this coleslaw is great. Didnt have savoy cabbage and used purple cabbage, and made the slaw with all the other ingredients listed. This is good stuff !

This was a big hit. I bought a bag of pre-shredded cabbage to save time. I could not find cumin seeds, but I don’t think I was missing out.The balance of the sweet blueberries with the tangy dressing, and the crunchiness of the cabbage with the creaminess of the dressing, make this dish. Once you see how easy it is to make your own dressing, you will never buy pre-made dressing again!

Loved this coleslaw, not heavy as it is with sour cream.

The dressing is amazing!!!!! It tastes like a half mayo, half vinegar coleslaw. I used vidalia onions and had to cut everything by hand because I don’t have a mandolin but It was still amazing!!! Next time I’m going to skip the cumin seeds – I am kinda iffy about them but it was more a personal thing. If you want to put it on burgers or hotdogs, skip the blueberries. The cilantro was excellent with it as well. Even my fussy “i don’t like coleslaw” 2 year old ate it and liked it!! If you’re really in a hurry buy the already cut coleslaw in a bag and make this dressing for it – so perfect for bbq’s!

It was very good. I didn’t use the cilantro as I cannot stand the taste of it. The blueberries added a wonderful touch to the slaw that everyone loved. I will experiment with other spices it to make up for the lack of cilantro next time I make it.
