Ingredients

  1. 16 ounces vanilla ice cream
  2. 4 ounces fresh blackberries
  3. 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  4. 2 tablespoons whole milk, plus more if needed

Instructions

  1. Add the ice cream, blackberries, heavy cream and milk to the pitcher of a blender, and blend until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.

The blackberry shake is absolutely the best tasting shake I have ever had.  You can’t beat fresh blackberries, let alone in a shake.  You must try this and in addition to the great shake, the people are a gem.  What genuinely nice people they are.  As a matter of fact I must say that all of my encounters in West Virginia have been with very nice and caring people.  They are very proud of what they produce as well.  It is nice to see that there is someone that still cares about the quality of what they are serving.
