I loved the berries but it was a little tart for my taste.

Really, who would have thought that something so easy could turn out so good? I threw this together today when I realized I was going to have company that I wasn’t expecting until tomorrow. It had to be easy so I figured this was a perfect solution. It sure dressed up a plain old angel food cake. Not that a plain angel food cake is bad. It’s just that this topping made it more special. My husband suggested that I also top it off with whipped cream. I wasn’t prepared for that so I didn’t include it this time, but I may just do that the next time.

I recently saw Rachel make this on her show & I was inspired to make it. It was great! My whole family loved it. I have 4 very active teenagers who want dessert every night. It’s great to serve something sweet and still good for you. They’ve been asking for it again! Easy delicious dessert.

I’m not a Rachael Ray fan. Why? I have no idea…but this just might have changed my mind about her. This was great. We have tried all different flavors of sorbets with all kinds of fruit.

Wonderful!!!

I made this dessert with my boyfriend after seeing the recipe on Rachael’s show. We couldn’t find lemon sorbet so we substituted with Haagen-Daaz raspberry, and it was delicious! This dessert went really well after the Giambotta recipe because it was so fresh and healthy, and not too filling after the big bowl of vegetable stew!

Loved this dessert!! I fixed this for my family and they thought it was great! Had a hard time finding Lemon Sorbet but it may be because of the area I live in. Thanks Rachel, it was a hit!
