Amazing!!!! Love Tajin, I do it almost the same way but I only use Tajin instead of the Kosher Salt… and put more lime juice (1 ½)… also try it with some XX Lager it’s the most refreshing drink for a hot barbeque day!!!!
Very refreshing!
