Reviews
I didn’t have basil but made this without- truly outstanding! Takes a frozen side to the next level, simple to execute but so extremely tasty! Thanks Ree for reminding us simple really is perfect.
I had fresh peas from the garden and cooked this up. I recommend adding a little honey, and don’t skip the basil, it really makes a great dish!
I will never make frozen peas and carrots again! The problem with frozen carrots is that they taste like water but these stay sweet…yum!
Absolutely Delicious!!!! My 7, 6 & 4 year old agree. And so simple to make. I don’t use basil because I didn’t have any the first time I made this so I just don’t ever use it.
I liked the carrots because they were fresh, but the frozen peas didn’t do anything for me, but. I have to confess I have never liked frozen vegetables.
I followed the recipe and again fed 4 different families, they all loved it, accept yours truly.
