Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups ketchup
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup bourbon whiskey
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, whiskey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, pepper, and liquid smoke in a saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place in jars and refrigerate until use.
