Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Your dinner guests will beg you for the recipe to this wonderful salad. Summer berries are a great option, and it is very adaptable. Normally I wouldn’t promote a brand, but Wildly Delicious produces the only maple-flavored balsamic vinegar I’m aware of, packaged in their distinctive tall blue bottles.

Definitely got juicy burgers using this recipe. I was worried reading the 1 star comments about it tasting like meatloaf. Glad I read one commenter’s post about using Panko crumbs. Burgers turned out perfectly!
Meghan Mooney
Just trust it, it is great.

Added paprika and pepper

Tried with 90/10 grass-fed ground beef. No Worcestershire sauce. Added olive oil and milk instead of other liquids also added salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Used panko to keep from having meatloaf taste. This is a good burger with no meatloaf taste to it. Moist and tender. also use George Foreman cooker for three and a half to 4minutes.

Absolutely fantastic recipe. I left out the condensed milk because I didn’t feel it was really necessary. I was right. The burgers were juicy with a lot of beef flavor.

Loved it Really the Juiciest Hamburgers I have ever made really delicious!!!:)

The people saying its dry don’t know how to cook burgers. Which, is most people. Ever had a juicy burger at a bbq? No its always dry because people don’t know how to cook. I made these over a dozen times, each time they’re the most juicy perfect burgers I’ve ever had. I’ve made them for other people, they say the same. So if you have dry burgers with this recipe, stop overcooking them. They don’t need to reach 180 degrees internal temp lol. Cook them to like.. 145-150 and let them rest and come up to around 155. Grind your own beef so that its safe to do so. Make sure your meat is 80% lean.

Love Allrecipes most of the time but this is a terrible recipe for a “juicy burger.” Make meatloaf with this recipe instead. It’s a total strike out :(~

Best hamburger I’ve ever made!

These came out great – I was worried they might be a little dry so I added in a TBSP of butter – they were great. No, not the same as just the beef and spices but still a very tasty burger.

I make my burgers similar to CookinLovin, minus the Worcestershire sauce. I agree, as written, too much like meatloaf.

Great recipe. One of the reviewers CookinLovin suggested using 1 tbsp of olive oil per pound of beef and I’m glad I tried it. Very juicy hamburger. Evaporated milk isn’t something I normally use so a can would have been a waste. The oil worked great, thank you. CG

I’ve now used this recipe 2 times, the wife and I like it. I think people are getting a meatloaf taste because they are probably using Italian breadcrumbs – don’t use that type. Use non-flavored breadcrumbs. Also try using a bit more garlic and a little more of the cayenne pepper.

It came out really good. The burger patty actually was really. I added extra cayenne and I paired it with a pepper jack cheese and had just right amount of kick. It was really good. It was a winner with the kids but they didn’t like pepper. Jack so they got regular cheddar cheese.

Awesomeness and beyond!! Just added some garlic butter instead of garlic and also some paprika, coriander, steak amd chop spices and dried parsley. Made burgers with avo, fried balsamic red onions, baked eggs, pineapple, gurkhins, fried tomato(in tomato sauce, chutney, sugar, salt & pepper), cheese and green onions. Wedges on the side(power died, so couldn’t brown them properly). Was divine, DIVINE,yummy!!!!

It is the evaporated milk. It combines with the fat in the ground beef to keep it juicy. I also add honey instead of bbq sauce to give my burgers that sweet and juicy jump

Incredible, no clue how it works but this was amazing, we made a large batch 2kg meat (4pounds) and have frozen. We will turn these into Meatballs aswell. TFTR

i nutted 7 evaporated milks out of 7

These were absolutely delicious. Moist and did not break apart on the grill. The only thing I changed was the addition of a few spoonfuls of mango chutney. Will definitely make again.

These were a big disappointment. They hamburgers tasted like meatloaf. My kids hate meatloaf. I won’t be trying this recipe again.

The burgers were certainly juicy, but because of all the added ingredients, they tasted like meatloaf. I will not make this recipe again although will conserved adding condensed milk to regular burger recipes.
