Ingredients

  1. 6 tablespoons butter
  2. 10 tablespoons sugar, or 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons
  3. 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  4. 4 eggs
  5. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  6. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  7. Pinch salt
  8. Pinch cinnamon
  9. 1 cup milk
  10. 1 cup butter
  11. 3 cups powdered sugar
  12. 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk, depending on consistency desired
  13. food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees
  2. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the oil and eggs and mix well. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix until smooth. Add the milk and mix until smooth. Pour this batter into the 2-inch tart molds and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix the butter and sugar together until creamy and smooth. Add the milk and mix well. Add any desired food coloring and mix until well blended.
