These sweet little treats are so easy to make and take just 15 minutes to put together. The graham cracker crumbs and sweetened condensed milk magically come together to make an ooey-gooey bottom layer.

Ingredients
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for buttering the dish
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch or peanut butter chips
- 1 cup pecan pieces, roughly chopped
- 1 cup shredded, sweetened coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl with your hands (the mixture should hold together when squeezed). Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and press it into the bottom in an even layer, using the bottom of a measuring cup to help. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crumbs, then sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecans and coconut over the milk.
- Bake until the sides are golden brown and begin to pull away from the dish, 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool completely in the dish. Cut into 48 small pieces (they are rich). The cookies can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Reviews
I used to make these when my kids were little. Had forgotten about them. They are easy to make and so good.
I love these. I make them all the time. Which I probably shouldn’t. And I eat all of them.
I am so glad I found this recipe because I lost tack of it. Simply delicious! My friends are always asking me to make them.
Wow So excited to find this recipe! My college roommate used to make these and called them Fudgie Scotch Squares. I have tried lots of recipes to duplicate and this was it! I read reviews and sort of followed the suggestion for the sweetened condensed milk, only I put a third down, toppings, then last two thirds. They turned out great I highly suggest using parchment paper though – my pan stole away a bounty of goodies around the edges
I always add more coconut and butterscotch/chocolate chips than the recipe calls for. My grandmother made these for me and every time I make them, it reminds me of her. I believe these were called “hello dollies” as I recall them from my Grandma.
How
Super easy to make. Because I always wait until the last minute on holiday baking, I couldn’t get butterscotch or peanut butter morsels so I substituted 1/2 cup of white chocolate and 4 chopped up Twix bars. They were awesome.
I am planning on trying some other variation.
GOOOOOOOOOOD
Love these!! So simple and yet so rich!
Agreed, pour condensed milk over it all. I did do some more of the toppings after that, though. I cut back on the sweetness by using club crackers in place of graham crackers. Love it!!
