YUM!! I didn’t include the coffee granules but followed everything else exactly as written. It was amazing and came out perfectly. So good for a sundae. Definitely making again! Thank you!

If I don’t double the recipe what kind of pan did you use?

It is a combination of a ice cream sundae and chocolate chip cookies. I can bake this treat for a bake sale and my graduation!

My children Loved it..chewy and the salt marry well with the other ingredients.  I did not like the idea of an ice-cream over it.

YUM YUM & YUM!  This is the perfect chocolate cookie bar recipe!!!!  I don’t know anyone who hasn’t loved it.  I have had several requests/demands to make these for retirement, going away and birthday parties.  I have made a double batch and it doesn’t work out for me.  The middle doesn’t cook before the edges get too brown.  If I need more, I make two single batches.  I say again – YUM.

I am not one who usually takes the time to give a recipe a review but this is seriously good! I made it for my husband’s birthday and it came out of the oven very moist and delicious!
